Delivery and Shipping
PRE-ORDER PRODUCT
- Domestic orders are shipped via Yurtiçi Kargo, the shipping fee is 100 TL.
- For orders placed on weekends and public holidays, the delivery time starts from the first business day.
- Pre Order products are delivered to cargo within 7-10 business days. The delivery time may vary depending on your address.
- When your order reaches you, be sure to check the package for any damage before accepting it. In case of damage to the box, ask the cargo officer to prepare a "Damage Assessment Report" without signing any document regarding the delivery and return the package to the cargo officer with the report.
