Warranty and Returns
You can return the products you purchased from chiliadesign.com partially or fully.
- The return period is 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused and their labels must not be removed.
- You can send the products you want to return to our address below, free of charge, via Yurtiçi Kargo, using the code 349635534.

- If you choose to send the returned products with a different shipping company, the shipping costs will be covered by you.
- The refundable amount covers only the product price, shipping costs are not refundable.
- In orders where the free shipping campaign is used and all products are returned, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount as the campaign is no longer valid.
