Warranty and Returns
You can partially or fully return products purchased from chiliadesign.com. You can send your return requests to our email address
musteri@chiliadesign.com, and we will contact you after your request is received.
- The return period is 14 days from the delivery date.
- Products must be unused and with tags intact.
- The refund amount only covers the product price; shipping fees are not refunded.
- For orders that benefited from a free shipping campaign and where all products are returned, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount as the campaign is no longer valid.
