Warranty and Returns
You can return the products you purchased from chiliadesign.com partially or fully.
- The return period is 14 days from the delivery date.
- The products must be unused and their labels must not be removed.
- Return shipping costs and all costs that may occur are the responsibility of the customer.
- You can send the products you want to return to our address below with the cargo company of your choice.

- The refundable amount covers only the product price, shipping costs are not refundable.
- In orders where the free shipping campaign is used and all products are returned, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount as the campaign is no longer valid.
