To check your order status, you can log in and check the Orders section.
Can I change or cancel my order?
According to consumer rights, you can also exercise your right of withdrawal from your order before it is delivered to the cargo company. To do this, you must provide information about the order or product you wish to cancel to musteri@chiliadesign.com before you are notified by e-mail that your order has been delivered to the cargo company.
If your order has been delivered to cargo, you can exercise your right to return it within fourteen (14) days in accordance with the consumer protection law.
What are the payment methods?
You can make your payments by credit card or money transfer/EFT.

Shipping
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will be shipped within 5 business days at the latest. The time it takes for your cargo to reach your address varies depending on your address.
How can I track my order after it has been shipped?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirming the shipment and containing the tracking number and link.
