Delivery and Shipping
Domestic orders are shipped via Yurtiçi Kargo, the shipping fee is 100 TL.
For orders placed on weekends and public holidays, the delivery time starts from the first business day.
Orders are delivered to cargo within 1-5 business days. The delivery time may vary depending on your address.
When your order reaches you, be sure to check the package for any damage before accepting it. In case of damage to the box, ask the cargo officer to prepare a "Damage Assessment Report" without signing any document regarding the delivery and return the package to the cargo officer with the report.
